At the pre-opening on 15 July, we were finally able to welcome the first guests in Herzogenaurach. With 104 modern serviced apartments, the place provides the ideal ambience for a work-life balance for both long-term guests and short stays. The neighbourhood is also happy with the new addition: with our exclusive deli store concept, spacious co-working areas, multi-functional rooms and terraces as well as a large, green forecourt, the place will become the new meeting place in the centre of the Herzo Base district. As a place to be and place to stay in one, not only do we offer guests a temporary home from home, we also provide a new place to go for local people. The public now have the opportunity to gain a first impression of our premises for themselves – and there’s already plenty discover! The walls are adorned with the works of selected street artists. In the future, previews and cultural events as well as cooking classes and live performances will also be added to the programme.
