the place is a building complex comprising 104 modern serviced apartments, fully equipped Co-working Spaces and multi-function rooms as well as an exclusive deli-store concept and offers both residents and guests plenty of opportunity to do their own thing. Situated in the heart of the Herzo Base district, it offers a place for meeting and coexistence.

spaces in our underground car park are available for a parking fee of 8 euros per day. Wallboxes for e-cars are also available!

guests can check in and out flexibly and independently at the place at any time of day!

3 the garage

in our co-working area, you will find everything you need for focused work and creative brainstorming for just 19 euros per day.

4 Master & Mind

These two separate meeting rooms are perfect for a meeting, a presentation or group workshop.

5 the backyard

the terrace adjoining the co-working area provides the perfect atmospheric lounge area for a relaxed get-together.

with various seating options, our multi-functional room is the perfect spot for (team) events, group film evenings or creative sessions.

the destination for after work! Our community kitchen combines a kitchen area, large dining table and comfortable living room.

in addition to a wide variety of tasty snacks and cool drinks, you will also find a selection of individual gifts.

9 the playroom

equipped with consoles, a large screen and a Peloton bike, this multi-functional room is essentially a playroom for adults.

10 the rooftop

with a view over the square and seating amidst atmospheric fairy lights, the terrace in the view is the perfect place for a relaxed evening.

with the service of our cooperation partner WeWash and our modern washing machines and dryers, the laundry almost does itself!

On more than 120 square meters,”the store” offers everything that makes life more beautiful. At the counter, you can choose between baked goods, sandwiches, pizza and other snacks. On weekends there is a wide range of cakes and pastries. In addition, visitors can enjoy fresh coffee specialties and a wide selection of chilled beverages ranging from soft drinks to wines and spirits.
