How can I pay when booking a room?
We accept payment by credit card (including American Express), Maestro, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Klarna Pay.
Will I receive an invoice for my booking?
Once the amount has been settled, we will be happy to issue an invoice in paper form or by e-mail.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Definitely! It’s a shame, but plans change. We are happy to accept change or cancellation requests by e-mail at or by phone at +49 9132 9024497.

Are there barrier-free or handicapped accessible rooms?
Both the base and the view have apartments suitable for disabled guests and barrier-free access. Please inquire with the reservations department prior to booking by phone on +49 9132 902447 or by e-mail to!
Are the apartments equipped with a hair dryer?
Yes, every apartment has a hair dryer!
Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
No, we’ll do that for you! Towels as well as the freshly made bed are already prepared when you arrive.

Are there parking facilities for your tenants?
Absolutely! We have an underground car park with wallboxes for electric cars in the building and a charging point for bicycles on site.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
Our four-legged friends are also very welcome after prior consultation. Your pet can move in with you for € 12 per day or € 60 per month. Just ask at the reception or add this option to your reservation!
Is it allowed to smoke in the premises of the place?
Since the health of all our guests is very important to us, smoking is strictly prohibited. However, there are smoking areas in our outdoor areas, such as the backyard and the rooftop. Please understand that we charge a cleaning fee of €250 if this prohibition is violated.
Where can I park my car?
There is an underground car park in both buildings of the place. Depending on availability, you can park your car here for € 8 per day. Just ask at the reception or add this option to your reservation!
Is there wifi throughout the building?
Yes! Access to WiFi is free of charge in all areas of the place.
Can I buy groceries in the place?
In the store you will find snacks and drinks, freshly packed breakfast from a local bakery, ingredients for a self-cooked evening meal in your own apartment and a lot more items for daily needs.
Are there public workplaces in the place?
Yes! In our coworking area, you have different areas with several think tanks and workstations at your disposal. For a daily fee of € 19.50 you can log into our co-working space. Printers/copiers, drinks and snacks are included of course. If you are interested in a coworking space, our hosts will be happy to help you.
Can I wash my clothes in the place?
In the view there is the possibility to use the washroom of our cooperation partner “WeWash”. Here you will find washing machines and dryers. You can find more information about this in the “straiv by CODE2ORDER” app under “WeWash”.
Is there a fitness area in the place?
Yes, Peloton Bikes are available free of charge in the playroom at the view.
Is it possible to have my mail sent to the place?
Of course! Simply select “the place Herzogenaurach, Willy-Brandt-Platz 1/2, 91074 Herzogenaurach” as the delivery address and note your apartment number so that your package gets to you faster. But please remember to give us permission at check-in to accept mail for you.

checkin and checkout

When can I check in and out?
On the day of arrival the apartment can be occupied from 3 pm. On departure the apartment must be vacated by 11 am. If you arrive earlier or have things to do on the day of departure, we will be happy to take your luggage and keep it safe in our luggage room.
Would you like to stay longer in your apartment on the day of departure?
Take your time – for a small fee you can book a late check-out and stay until 3 pm.
How can I check in?
Check-in is possible in various ways – either online via the “straiv by CODE2ORDER” app, by self or mobile check-in on site or our hosts will welcome you personally from 7 am to 9 pm at the reception at the store!
What happens if my arrival is delayed?
No problem! If there is a delay, please let us know directly by e-mail at or by phone on +49 9132 902447.


What can I do if I forgot something in the place?
No reason to worry! Simply contact us by email at or by phone at +49 9132 9024497. If your belongings are still with us, we will be happy to send it to you. You only have to pay the postal charge, we will take care of the rest!
