We are at home at Herzo Base. Located in the middle of this modern district in Herzogenaurach, we not only have a magnificent view but are also becoming a meeting place for the entire neighbourhood thanks to the public space in front of the building – quite simply the place to be!

Are there public workplaces in the place?
Yes! In our coworking area, you have different areas with several think tanks and workstations at your disposal. For a daily fee of € 19.50 you can log into our co-working space. Printers/copiers, drinks and snacks are included of course. If you are interested in a coworking space, our hosts will be happy to help you.
Can I wash my clothes in the place?
In the view there is the possibility to use the washroom of our cooperation partner “WeWash”. Here you will find washing machines and dryers. You can find more information about this in the “straiv by CODE2ORDER” app under “WeWash”.
Are there parking facilities for your tenants?
Absolutely! We have an underground car park with wallboxes for electric cars in the building and a charging point for bicycles on site.
