Urban art at the place

Inspiration can often be found in unexpected places. Artworks, sculptures and installations by emerging and established artists provide new perspectives around every corner in the place. You can find plenty of special pieces in the corridors between the apartments as well as in publicly accessible areas.

Fancy an upgrade in your own home? In our deli the store we offer editions of artworks by renowned artists for sale, such as Marc C. Woehr, SKIO or Obey. Tell us about your favorites around the house or scan the QR codes next to the amazing artworks for more info!

Events at the place

As a central meeting place in the neighborhood, the place offers the ideal ambience for varied events. The offer ranges from relaxed after-work-drinks for networking to exciting vernissages to exclusive evenings with special acts.

We also have the little ones in mind: Easter egg hunts in spring, spooky surprises at Halloween or cozy pre-Christmas atmosphere with Santa Claus ensure lots of fun all year round. Looking forward to your visit!
