After the successful opening in summer, our concept was awarded one of the coveted prizes at the “SO!APART-Awards 2022” in Leipzig on November 16, 2022. the place was pleased to receive the award in the category “new and special”. The SO!APART-Awards, organized by the platform Apartmentservice, are considered one of the most prestigious events in the industry.

Jury member Sylvie Konzack particularly highlighted the successful integration into the Herzo Base residential area in Herzogenaurach. “KEWOG, as a regional housing company, has launched its own serviced apartment brand here in an economically strong small town, which, among other things, relies on an urban place and store concept in a newly developed residential area,” praised the editor-in-chief of the trade magazine “SO!APART insight” in her speech.
