You will thus have a great opportunity to help shape processes and team structures and contribute ideas.   • You have already worked in customer service, retail or front office and are a ‘people person’
  • You are well versed in MS Office
  • You are a flexible, motivated team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Guests love your friendly demeanour and pleasant nature
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You are a role model for your colleagues and lead by example
  • You are well organised with a structured way of working
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
